Returns or Cancellations on any discounted/sale/pre-order products are not possible nor on Prototypes/Special decks!

SHIPPING

Your parcel will dispatch from Denmark or Germany and ships with PostNord or DHL. We have been notified from our postal service that there are potential delays on world wide shipping for some countries. Your shipment may take longer than usual for several reasons; ie due to severely bottlenecked cargo transits between Europe and Oceania and rather limited freight spaces.

PRE-ORDERS

Some of the products you find in the shop are titled as pre-orders. Purchasing one or more pre-order products along with products that are  already in stock means that the full order will be shipped when all products are available. If you don’t want to wait for the products that are already in stock you must purchase these as a standalone order as the check-out can only handle one single shipping action.

CUSTOMS/VAT

Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, or Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in all the different countries. Please consult with your country’s customs department for more information. All shipments will be dispatched from the EU (Denmark or Germany)

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

No refunds or returns on pre-orders, no cancelations or returns on any sale orders including Black Friday orders.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Your products will always be handled with much care when packed for dispatching; to secure safe world wide shipping. If your parcel for some reason is damaged upon receival, at first always contact your delivery service or customs to file a claim. Also take photos of the damages (the actual package, the wrapping material etc.) and send to this email address:

IMPORTANT! We take no responsibility if your parcel(s) is/are damaged by your customs. Make sure to check with customs upfront ordering if you can import this kind of items to your country!

RETURNS/CANCELATIONS

Please note that due to new payment rules at Paypal, Stripe, Apple pay, Google pay and other providers (different credit cards) their fee is no longer refunded to the company when a customer order is refunded. Therefore, we do not offer a refund for the part of the order fee which accrues to the providers payment solution, typically 7-9%of the total order amount. 

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since delivery to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we send it in. It must also be well packed for the return.

An agreement of return is required upfront, so please don’t send back to us, before you’ve written at this email address: marianne [at] designimperator.dk. 

A return parcel must ALWAYS include a copy of your invoice (order confirmation) as well as a clearly marked ‘return of goods’ category on the shipping label. If these conditions are not met, Isolated Thunderstorm will be charged customs and import fees which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We cannot issue refunds for shipping charges. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

While we make an effort to describe all products adequately, errors and typos may occur in the product texts or descriptions.
