F.A.Q.
Who is shipping my reward and how do I track it?
Rewards are shipped from Denmark with PostNord. In every case the tracking ID (and the reward itself) will transfer to one of the main national postal services in every individual country of destination. PostNord tracking HERE.
Why does my tracking ID not show anything useful?
Just give it a go with PostNord or the major postal companies in your country once the shipment has had a chance to circulate in online systems for a couple of days. For freshly added tracking ID’s, this starting process may (currently) even take a full week.
How can I find my backer number?
Your backer number can be found in the pledge confirmation emails you got from Kickstarter when you pledged towards this project. It can also be found at any time when logged into your list of backed projects on Kickstarter. Do it from the desktop version to ensure that all features are displayed correctly for you.
What does ‘Contact creator’ mean?
As fulfilment has now completed, all surveys left unanswered at this time can still be filled out. But you will need to contact the creator to ensure that your reward can be scheduled for dispatch at a time that works for you.
What about tariffs?
When the fulfilment is handled by Isolated Thunderstorm, there are NO TARIFFS for backers/customers living in the US and EU! For other countries your shipment will most likely benefit from ‘de minimis’ arrangements.
